This is a new order signed in January, 2018. It was a mini sunflower oil refining line, with capacity of 1 ton per day, brought buy a client from Tanzania. Below is the main pictures of machinery inspection. It mainly included two refining pot, one decoloring pot and one deodorizationg pot. In order to get the highest quality edible sunflower oil, this sunflower oil refining process was added with dewaxing. 

Sunflower Oil Refining Process

Degumming: remove the colloid impurities and prepare for the subsequent sunflower oil refining process.
Deacidification: remove free fatty acids from crude sunflower oil.
Decolorization: add active white earth to absorb the pigments within crude oil and improve the quality of oil.
Deodorization: to remove odors from oil, enhance the taste, taste, stability and quality of sunflower oil.
Dewaxing: to remove wax from oil, improve the quality of sunflower oil.
